Pink Floral

     This summer being away I missed my garden immensely. Upon arrival home after learning mold making (as well as Numerous other things. More to follow.... on that subject). My first project was to build a huge garden installation. This is the prototype for that installation. Measuring 7.5" x 9". It uses powders & frits only. What satisfaction when you divest the mold to find your project glowing with colour & depth. Truly wonderful. 

Brief
This kiln cast project was a prototype for a huge garden project. Although the smaller one turned out great the big garden one has proved more of a challenge.
